Frequently asked questions
Answers before you start.
What the board includes, how alerts work, and what to expect when you follow a hiring post.
The board
What is a hiring post?
A public post from someone sharing that a team is hiring. It can include a role, company, location and a way to reach out. It is a starting point. Check the original post for current details.
Where do the posts come from?
Community JobFinder scans of public LinkedIn hiring posts and company careers pages, focused on the Israeli tech ecosystem and remote opportunities. We do not collect posts from private profiles.
How fresh are the hiring posts?
A rolling 14 day window, refilled by weekday scans. A card shows the date its post states. When a post states no exact date the card shows the date we added it, and that is the date every filter counts it under. A hiring post can still be visible after a role closes, so always check the source when a link is available.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can search the board, read hiring posts and follow original sources without signing in. An account is needed to manage an email alert and use signed in tools.
Can I apply through Hiring Signal?
No. When a source link is available, open the post or the careers page it came from and follow the instructions from the person hiring. Some LinkedIn content may require a LinkedIn account. We do not host applications.
Why is a role, location or work mode marked unspecified?
That detail was not available in the collected post. We leave it unspecified instead of guessing. Check the original source or ask the employer before deciding whether it fits.
Am I eligible for every listed role from Israel?
No. The board includes Israel and international listings, and a remote label does not establish eligibility to work from Israel. Confirm the hiring country, work authorization and remote arrangements with the employer.
How is this different from other job boards?
Most boards focus on formal job listings. Hiring Signal focuses on public hiring posts from founders and hiring managers so you can find conversations your feed may have missed.
Your account and alerts
Is Hiring Signal free?
Yes. This version has no paid plans, and you do not need a credit card.
How do email alerts work?
Sign in with Google or an email link, then choose a role and optional location and work mode. Each account can keep one alert. New matching jobs are grouped into one email each time jobs are added. You get mail only when new jobs match, and delivery stops if your address bounces or reports the mail as spam.
How do I stop receiving alerts?
Pause or delete your alert in Job alerts, or use the unsubscribe link in an alert email. Unsubscribing stops that alert without deleting your account.
Will you send messages or apply for me?
No. Outreach drafts stay in your hands. You review, copy and send.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account to download your data or delete your account. Deletion removes your account and associated alert, workspace, usage and CV records. The privacy policy explains how public source posts, provider records and backups are handled.
Posts and support
Can I add a job to the board?
There is no public job posting form in this version. Hiring posts are collected through community scans. You can contact us with feedback or a question about a post.
How do I report a post or request a correction?
Contact us with the original post or careers page URL when you have it, the company or role, and what needs to change. If you are the author, explain your connection to the post.
Is Hiring Signal affiliated with LinkedIn?
No. Hiring Signal is an independent service. LinkedIn and the employers mentioned in posts operate their own services and make their own hiring decisions.
When you sign in
What do I get when I sign in?
One email alert, ranked matches with reasons, a pipeline to track next steps, outreach drafts you copy and send yourself, and progress views based on the activity you record.
Can I prepare a CV for a job?
Upload or paste your CV, check and edit the extracted content, save a main CV, and prepare a separate copy for each saved job. Download the saved version as a PDF. You review the result and apply yourself. Optional AI suggestions can help organize your experience and adapt wording to a job, with your consent. You choose which suggestions to save.Open My CV
