Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Hiring Signal. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

Hiring Signal brings together public hiring posts and provides tools to search, save and organise opportunities. The current service is free and has no paid plans or billing controls.

A post on the board is information from its source. It is not an offer of employment from Hiring Signal or a promise that a role is still open. Read the original post and verify details with the person or company hiring.

Use an email address or Google account you control. Keep access to your email and account secure, and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your Hiring Signal account without permission.

You are responsible for the profile details, proof points, notes and other material you add. Only include information you have the right to use. Give Hiring Signal permission to store and process that material as needed to provide the features you choose.

Use Hiring Signal for lawful job search and related activity. Respect the people whose posts you read and the services you visit from the board.

Match scores and Coach suggestions are aids based on the information available. They can miss context and do not guarantee relevance, a reply, an interview or employment.

Student and junior modes select jobs using explicit labels and available experience requirements. They do not confirm your eligibility or that every requirement has been captured. Check enrollment, qualifications and experience requirements at the source before applying.

Optional CV AI tasks send selected content to OpenRouter and a DeepSeek provider or directly to Anthropic, as explained when you grant consent and in our privacy policy. Review every proposed change before saving it. The assistant can make mistakes and does not verify your experience or send applications.

Outreach drafts are editable starting points. Check every message before you copy or send it. Hiring Signal does not send outreach messages on your behalf. If you paste material into another service, including an AI tool, that service's terms and privacy practices apply.

LinkedIn posts and company marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance helps identify a hiring opportunity and does not establish an endorsement or partnership with Hiring Signal.

External websites control their own content, account rules and availability. Hiring Signal cannot guarantee that a source post remains accessible or that information in it is accurate, complete or current. Let us know if a post needs correction or removal.

Features and available posts may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We do not promise continuous availability or a particular job search outcome.

We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, protect the service or meet legal obligations. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You can stop using Hiring Signal at any time. Pause or delete your email alert to stop matching emails, or delete your account through Account. Our privacy policy explains account data and deletion.

We may send account or service messages to your confirmed email address separately from matching job alerts. Contact [email protected] with a question or request about these messages.
